Our body is made up of 70% water and therefore it is very important to stay hydrated throughout the day. People with knee and joint pain should stick to at least 2-3 liters per day. Water contains minerals with help to ease the pain. Moreover, water helps to retain the flexibility and strength of joins. Lacking water means there is insufficient means of flushing of toxins which accumulate in body. Aerated drinks should be avoided. One of the ways to inculcate water can be through making infusion drinks.

Red wine

Rich source of antioxidants especially revasterol is a powerful anti-inflammatory component which helps to reduce the inflammation of joints and heal the knee pain.
